The company first began in a small shop in Birmingham, where Sid Jones, his business partner and his two sons, Daren and Steve, manufactured fibreglass products. From these modest beginnings, the company developed a reputation for quality and innovation. Over time, our expertise developed into weatherproofing roof and vertical penetrations, and we grew to become a leader in the field, known for our high standards and excellent customer service.
As Jones Weatherproofing has expanded its offering and its reach – across the UK, Ireland, the EU, and as far afield as the UAE and Qatar – we have not forgotten the principles on which the company was built. Our family values remain integral to our daily operations, and our close-knit team comprises many knowledgeable and resourceful people who have worked with us for years. We promote from within wherever possible, allowing us to nurture and retain a team with the skills, standards and dedication that lie at the heart of our business.

In 2024, we began a new chapter in our company’s story with a major rebranding and name change. Formerly Jones and Woolman UK Ltd, our new name, Jones Weatherproofing, highlights our core speciality and commitment to providing industry-leading weatherproofing services. With this new identity, Jones Weatherproofing has positioned itself as the globally trusted partner for weatherproofing solutions in construction.
