We are seeking motivated and proactive individuals to join our specialist weatherproofing team as a full-time site operative with the opportunity to progress through our new fast-track Accelerated Leadership Programme.

This is a stepping stone to work towards a site-based leadership position. You’ll begin learning from experienced Jones Weatherproofing team leaders and site supervisors and work up from the tools into a supervisory position to ensure that the high standard of quality and pride in workmanship are passed down.
This ‘ground-up’ approach will train the next generation of technical weatherproofing experts who will ultimately go on to manage multiple site teams on prestigious projects across the UK and abroad.
Training is provided, however successful applications will require a full UK driving license and a CSCS card.
Over the duration of the programme you will gain the skills necessary to climb our leadership ladder.
